Corey's interest in graphic/web design came about from his curiosity of how things worked and wanting to make things his own. He started out playing around design programs, experimenting with the tools and reading tutorials. His interests were also peaked in web design, he taught himself basic HTML by reverse engineering web pages and templates and reading HTML 4 Dummies books. Corey took computer design classes throughout High School, and after graduating, he attended Mott Community College to pursue his Associates in Graphic Design.

At MCC his passion for design intensified as he gained valuable knowledge, learned new techniques and acquired new skills.

While at MCC, Corey won seven awards for his work, and was awarded the Faculty Graphic Design Student Recognition Award for the 2009-2010 year. As Corey draws closer to obtaining his degree, he is beginning to venture out to find freelance work, and look forward to his next step in the graphic design profession.
